Our President
Mark Palmer founded the firm in 1991 and he brings almost 30 years of experience in the executive recruitment field. Prior to founding Palmer & Company in 1991, he was a Partner with another executive search firm for six years, and before that, a Principal with Touche Ross where he specialized primarily in executive recruitment. He holds an MBA degree from York University, a Master of Arts degree in History from Queen's University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of British Columbia. He has written a number of articles relating to management in difficult times and Canadian-American relations, and he has delivered many addresses on leadership and the CEO and various aspects of executive recruitment. He currently serves or has served as a member of the Board of a number of not-for-profit organizations.

- Palmer & Company is a generalist executive search firm that has served over 400 clients from coast-to-coast in Canada, as well as in the United States and Europe over the last 18 years. We enjoy long-lasting relationships with our clients, which is why most of our work is repeat business - the fact of which we are proudest. For some clients, we have recruited the entire executive and senior management teams.
