PROFESSIONAL FEES

We normally charge our for-profit clients 30% and our not-for-profit clients 25% of estimated cash compensation to complete each search assignment.  We invoice 1/3 of our estimated fee plus HST at the outset of each assignment as a retainer.  A second payment of 1/3 of our estimated fee plus HST is due in 30 days, as a progress payment.  The third payment of 1/3 of our fee plus HST is due at the conclusion of the assignment.

In addition to professional fees, we bill at cost for out-of-pocket expenses such as long distance telephone calls, couriers, and any authorized consultant or candidate travel.  Our disbursements are included in our second and final invoices.

OUR GUARANTEE

If the final candidate placed by our firm at the CEO/COO, Vice President, or Director level leaves his/her position within 12 months following placement, and if the final candidate placed by our firm at the Manager level leaves his/her position within 9 months following placement, we will undertake the search for other candidates at no additional fees, so long as no significant change in the position and conditions of employment have occurred since the hiring of the original candidate.  The only charge that you will receive is for authorized out-of-pocket expenses such as long distance telephone calls and couriers.
